A U.S. Navy Ensign, enlists sailors to increase their allotments for Victory bonds. Sailors are assembled at a Navy Supply Depot, in New York City. Ensign A D Leveridge calls for volunteers to double their subscriptions during a Victory Bond Drive. They volunteer, en masse. Next, they are seen at the Altar of Liberty, on Fifth Avenue and Madison Square, where Lieutenant Commander WD Loveridge and other U.S. Naval officers and women volunteers process their requests. LCDR Loveridge and Ensign Leveridge, converse in front of the group of sailors. Scene shifts back to the Supply Depot, where sailors stand in formation. a woman Yeoman (F) delivers a report about the bond subscriptions to Ensign Leveridge, who salutes and presents it to LCDR Loveridge. He and the Yeoman (F) present it to a Navy Commander, who reads and returns it. The ensign and Yeoman depart as LCDR Loveridge stands before the formation.
Ford animated cartoon shows a man drowning in a sea of high cost of living and asking for help. A woman on the pier helps him with a life saving tube labeled boycott. A shark comes out of water. Highlights the boycott as only means to escape the high cost of living.

These men were all associated with the early days of the Ford Motor Company. Galamb designed Ford cars, including the Model T. Klingensmith was Vice President and Treasurer. "Fuzzy" Anderson was a partner of Henry Ford and handled foreign sales.
Ford animated cartoon shows a man named Bate and King George, standing over England mapped on a globe. Bate talks about leaving for America. King George says "Give my greetings to Henry Ford when you see him." Bate says goodbye and jumps the ocean to the United States.

Drops one of the fish and drops the other while picking up the first one. Drops both the fishes, picks up one in his hand and clamps the teeth of the other on his coat and walks away.
