P H Harp, EN2 (Engineman Second Class) pulls refueling nozzle aboard from the USS Esteem. Harps kneels down on fantail with the fuel nozzle and lets the fuel run down into the tank. He places a rag around the end of nozzle and pulls the nozzle out from the tank. He walks with the fuel hose. Harp refuels the tank and then puts hose over the side to let fuel drain from hose into water. He hands the refueling nozzle to a man on the Swift Boat.
