Inside the law office, an African-American student recounts the mob attack on his school bus outside Lamar High School on March 3, 1970. The African American lawyer, Frank Jackson, talks to the student. The student questions Jackson how, despite the rights given by the United States constitution, why do African Americans like him still suffer from racial discrimination. The student notes that the crowd came after him and other students with, "rocks and chains and axe handles." He further notes that it has always been, "if you're white you're right, if you're black, get back." Jackson explains to the student how they as African-Americans have to fight for equal rights for a long time. Jackson says, “Nearly eighty years after the constitution was adopted, the United States Supreme Court were still debating as to whether a black man could even be considered a citizen.”

Livestock, cattle and goats, run away from warriors. Zulu warriors walk out of the besieged village with captured villagers. Two children hide from warriors in grass. Captured villagers are made to sit by invaders. An African man with wooden slave yoke. African villagers are fitted into wooden slave yokes and chains. An African mother breastfeeds her baby. African warriors force the captured villagers to watch their village burn. An African man cowers in fear, his wrists are bound together with rope. Newly captured African villagers, in wooden slave yokes, along with ivory elephant tusks, walk a straight line while following a Zulu warrior.
