Members of the U.S. Marines 2nd Raider Battalion (Carlson's Raiders) stand at attention aboard the deck of the USS Argonaut (SS-166) as it approaches the pier at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, following their famous Makin Raid in World War 2. A Naval officer comes aboard. Next, Admiral Chester Nimitz, and staff officers, are seen walking away from the Argonaut, after having formally greeted members of the crew and the Marine Raiders.
