(Hughes resigned from the Court in June, 2016, to pursue the Presidential bid.) The group is being followed by some newsmen and photographers, and curious onlookers, walking in the street. One with a newspaper stuffed in his jacket pocket, reaches out to Justice Hughes and shakes his hand. Next, Justice Hughes is seen posing briefly, with others, on the sidewalk in front of a building. He starts to doff his hat.
