Opening scene shows police officer removing a sick person, on a litter from a Pennsylvania Railroad train at a station and placing them gently on a railway cart. A uniformed U.S. Army Military policeman helps them. Next, Japanese Nationals and Issei families with many small children are seen leaving a train and walking along a railway platform. A Red Cross woman in white stands behind an ambulance, where a newborn infant lies on a litter. Policeman carry two women on litters and place them in the ambulance. The newborn baby is being cradled in the arms of the Red Cross woman. A Japanese family climbs aboard a bus. Railway workers transport travelers' baggage on a large cart. Police stand near by as a U.S. Army Military policeman boards a bus filled with Japanese to be repatriated to Japan. Two MPs watch as Japanese to be repatriated climb aboard another bus. A group of Japanese men enter a bus, followed by Armed U.S. Army soldiers who also board. An official guides a train to a stopping point on a train station. A large group of men to be repatriated to Japan step from the train under guard by many armed U.S. soldiers.

Swedish ship M.S. Gripsholm loads provisions for its voyage from New jersey, to repatriate Japanese Nationals and Issei to Japan during World War II

As film begins, an officer of the Swedish ship M.S. Gripsholm, is seen in the ship's frozen food storage area directing the placement of food provisions for their forthcoming voyage to Japan. Armed U.S. Navy sailors stand guard on the pier alongside the ship. Supplies are loaded through a side door of the ship. The captain and another ship's officer review some papers on deck. Footage taken from GSAP (Gun Sight Aiming Point) camera mounted under right wing of F- 102 in flight. MB-1 rocket fired from rail launcher. Technicians work on F-102A parked outside a hangar. Two technicians wheel an MB-1 rocket on a dolly, underneath F- 102A parked on ramp. Three technicians check out and calibrate special instrumentation to be used during the test run. The instruments include different types of oscillographs, and photo panels. Special camera installations made on the F-102A vertical stabilizer, fuselage, and wings. Technician installs a l6mm camera inside the aircraft nose, then closes access panel. F-102A takes off. Radar vectoring station T-1 at Holloman AFB. Technician operates one of the tracking scanners installed on roof of building. Two men, inside the vectoring station, control the course of the test aircraft by radio communication from the vectoring machine plotting charts. The pilot in F-102A cockpit as he turns on the recording cameras to activate the armament system. MB-1 bomb extended below the aircraft. Engineer talks on the radio phone inside the vectoring station. Pilot's hand on the control stick as he activates the firing switch. MB-l rocket is fired from the short rail launcher. The aircraft is enveloped in a trail of white smoke. GSAP camera mounted underneath the right wing of the F-102A, shows the MB-l rocket being fired from the short rail launcher. Smoke due to the firing of the rocket.
