Morrison and Knudsen engineers are seen working over plans for the project. Potential employees for the project are seen being interviewed. A field engineer is seen receiving his passport as he prepares to fly to Afghanistan. A uniformed officer enters an office building to present the first requisition for supplies to be obtained for the project. A man reads a Radiogram requesting supplies. A purchasing agent begins processing the requests. A woman types necessary requisitions and others work on the requests.
