Allied Armies mobilize in Algiers and Tunisia. Algiers: An all Greek battalion of volunteers marching. Troops hold flags. Troops assemble at the docks of Algiers. French Foreign Legion troops and the British 8th Army troops near a ship. Soldiers share cigarettes. French colonial troops, Canadian troops and other Allied troops climb aboard a ship. Military supplies, equipment and vehicles at the docks. Men work at an assembly line, while others repair vehicles. Trucks transfer material. Tunisia: Allied troops advance over the plains. Troops, tanks and artillery move ahead. Troops in jeeps and on motorbikes on muddy roads. (World War II period).

Scene shifts to twin guns being raised and lowered in tandem from turrets on the ship's deck. Crew members obtaining shells from ship's armory and loading them into the twin guns. The left gun fires. Stern view of a landing craft infantry. Huge explosion occurs in the water. An American soldier is seen on a sandy hill plunging the handle on a detonator. Views of waters turning rough in the area. Change of scene and time (water is extremely calm). A beached ship is seen in the harbor and several boats.
President of France Gaston Doumergue in Tunis, Tunisia. Doumergue arrives by car. Officers escort him. He awards an officer. Ruler of Tunisia meets him. They both sit and watch the farewell greetings. Foot and mounted tribesmen hold their flags in military display. Horse warriors exhibit riding ability with rifles waving in their hands.
