A United States C-47 Aircraft taxis and halts in Stuttgart, Germany. U.S. Representative Joseph B Deveroe of the House Armed Services Committee disembarks from the aircraft. He is greeted by Lieutenant General Henry R Hodes, 7th Army and Theodore Hadruba, Consul General. The officials converse with each other.
Operation New Life in the United States. Vietnamese refugees carrying their personal belongings wait in a line for processing. Civilians and navy personnel serve refreshments to the refugees waiting in the line. Vietnamese men, women and children walk wearing shower slippers provided by U.S. personnel.
General Omar N. Bradley visits Hawaii. He is on a wheelchair and accompanied by his wife and several other persons. Bradley and his wife, Esther Dora "Kitty," are greeted by Maj. Gen. Thomas U.
