AT-28 aircraft, of the U.S. 56th Special Operations Wing, dive bomb targets during a Royal Laotian Air Force Forward Air Controller training exercise.

Opening scenes show a live fire training area with no apparent activity. Suddenly, a puff of white smoke rises where a small bomb just struck. Scene shifts to an American advisor, seated on a rock outcropping above the target area. He releases orange smoke that billows downwind. On another hill an American advisor stands with several Laotian airmen. Closeup shows one Laotian communicating as a Forward Air Controller. Smoke from bomb strikes is seen below him at the target area. Next, several AT-28 aircraft are seen diving and releasing bombs that explode with white smoke on the ground. Scene shifts back to the American advisor and several Laotians where the Forward Air Controller trainee is communicating. Next, the American advisor ignites an orange flare and holds it aloft. But filming stops as some of the orange smoke begins to descend to where they are standing. Another bomb explodes with white smoke at the target area. The remainder of the film shows numerous views of a HH-53 helicopter flying over the target area.

U.S. General Eisenhower inspects wrecked German equipment and meets with British Field Marshal Montgomery during World War II

Film opens showing General Dwight D. Eisenhower speaking into a microphone, in France during World War 2 around time of liberation of Paris. Next, he is seen photographing a knocked out German StuG III tank destroyer and inspecting an overturned Tiger tank. Closeup of him examining the overturned tank. Next Eisenhower is seen in the back seat of a staff car, parked beside a large dwelling. A change of scene shows him strolling with Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery across a pasture where British troops are encamped. The two leaders examine a map with other officers and continue walking together. Later, General Eisenhower photographs destroyed German artillery. While standing in a field littered with destroyed German military vehicles, he is approached by a British officer and British soldier. Eisenhower converses with the officer. An American Army photographer walks along a road littered with German wreckage, on his way to photograph General Eisenhower. Camera pans over damaged German artillery pieces and a destroyed Sd.Kfz. 251/1 Ausf. A, armored personnel carrier. As Eisenhower is about to board his staff car, two little French girls give him a bouquet of flowers. He thanks them and shakes their hands.

U.S. Air Force RF-4C returns from mission and parks at Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base.

A follow-me jeep drives over a parking space on the ramp at Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base, next to several parked RF-4Cs. The RF-4C following the jeep pulls into the parking space and shuts down. Ground crewmen place chocks under the wheels and install landing gear pins. Pilot and Reconnaissance Systems Officer (RSO) open canopies. They complete post-flight checklists and talk with crew chief. An airman downloads camera equipment from the airplane.
