He demonstrates use of the bull whip and teaches boys how to use the whip. He performs daring stunts where he breaks small sticks being held between the hands of two boys. Two boys hold a long piece between their teeth, facing each other, and the cowboy breaks it in the middle. They perform the stunt again, with the boys leaning their heads much closer so the gap is smaller. He whips an apple off a boy's head. The cowboy expert snaps a penny off a boy's extended tongue.
