Man shaking hands with Mrs. Lydia Lobsiger, the first customer to receive her money back through the FDIC program. Banking customers receive one hundred percent of their deposit amounts. Women and men approach the counter and bank teller counts dollar bills to pay citizens. A young boy wearing a cap stands by the window.
