The Cunard liner, Berengaria, arrives at the New York harbor,carrying Mr. Litvinov, who speaks to reporters. He greets the people, boards a train and leaves for Washington DC. U.S. Secretary of State, Cordell Hull, greets Litvinov in Washington DC. He leaves for the White House to meet President Roosevelt in the President's personal car.
