Next, the President and his associates drive slowly in the jeep, reviewing a large formation of U.S. soldiers assembled on the sand. Change of scene shows the President seated in a chair during a break in the Casablanca Conference. Behind him is General George Marshall, the Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Brigadier General William H. Wilbur, and Major General George Patton. The President reads a citation for the award of the Medal of Honor for General Wilbur. General Patton then steps forward and places the Medal of Honor around General Wilbur's neck, as the President adjusts it in the front. General Wilbur wearing the Medal of Honor as he stands with some other officers. View from a jeep driving along a dirt road, past some abandoned airplanes at an inactive air field.
