The second sailor secures the arms of his attacker with his arms, bends his right leg and locks his left leg behind the leg of the attacker. Then he swings around. This causes both of them to fall. He brings his left leg in front of the attacker and bends which causes both to fall. Next they demonstrate reverse hip lock. The second sailor passes his right arm beneath the left shoulder of the attacker and uses his left arm to grasp the right upper arm of the attacker. He brings his right foot forward, bends a little and hauls the attacker. (World War II period).
