As the rockets ignite, the PBM accelerates and takes off at a high angle of attack leaving a trail of white smoke behind. The rockets burn out and the aircraft levels at about two thousand feet, continuing on its way.

They prepare for launching of the rocket and fill fuel of rocket which is powered with gasoline and liquid oxygen. Missile being launched and its fuel tank explodes due to over heating. Film opens showing American soldiers riding in an open tracked personnel carrier, along a road in France, during World War 2. They pass a burning destroyed German tank at the roadside. A U.S. Army truck full of troops and a jeep follow the personnel carrier. Next dragon's teeth tank traps are seen in the snow. A U.S. M10 tank destroyer and a truck are parked near the dragon's teeth. A gunner atop the M10 fires his M2 Browning heavy machine gun. The M10 continues to move past the dragon's teeth. Infantry are seen accompanied by a whitewashed M4A3(76) Sherman tank. Other troops are settled into positions in the snow beside the narrow road. View from behind advancing troops. A novel method to pay fines in food to aid the needy (during the Great Depression). inaugurated by the Mayor of Marion, Indiana, Jack Edwards. A policeman of Marion stops a motorist who has broken a law and talks to him. The police officer checks documents. A court building. The interiors of the building shows the Court in session. A lawyer questions the motor vehicle law breaker. The man is told to pay a fine in quantities of staple groceries, vegetables and meat, equivalent to dollars. The man presents the goods and brings in a live chicken as part of it, which he puts on a table in the court room. An official acknowledges his payment, encourages him to be safe, and tells him he is free to go.
