World War 2 Luftwaffe training film about operation of the Messerschmitt Me-262 jet aircraft. Senior pilot describing controls in the Me-262 to another pilot seated in the cockpit. Camera shows engine power level and exhaust gas temperature gauges for the twin engines. Pilot in cockpit moves throttle lever. Engines are started. Camera focuses on flames emitted from rear of engine as they increase and decrease in response to pilots control pressure. Left engine fuel consumption rate indicator seen increasing. Pilot moves left engine power control forward. Next both fuel consumption gauges are back to idle. The instructor and trainee converse some more. Pilot slowly moves right engine control forward and fuel flow indicator reflects this. Some toggle switches are adjusted. Power is reduced, and gauges reflect it. The same process is repeated with the left engine. Pilot manipulates control for wing flapsand camera shows one extended to extreme downward position and back up again.

German World War 2 training film about the Messerschmitt Me-262 jet airplane. German ground crewman cleans engine nacelle marked "B4" on left wing of an Me-262 jet airplane, while another stands on the wing looking into the cockpit. The number "10" and "JL" are displayed on the fuselage. Two Luftwaffe pilots converse while standing near the aircraft. A ground crewman gives Nazi salute and appears to report the aircraft ready. The two pilots walk past the front of the airplane. Covers are in place over the engine intakes. While the pilots converse, a ground crewman removes the covers. The pilots walk to the engine, and the senior (presumably instructor) pilot removes a cap from its top and climbs up on the engine, as a ground crewman installs a screen in the engine intake (presumably to minimize foreign object damage from ground operation). ME-262 aircraft training in Germany. A German Air Force officer is seen in his office, discussing the ME-262 jet airplane with a Technical Sergeant. The officer wears an iron cross decoration. A picture of German Air Force Commanding Marshal, Hermann Goering, is displayed on the office wall. The two of them walk to a blackboard, where the officer begins to sketch the outline of an ME-262 in chalk. The Sergeant interrupts him and draws a cartoon of a pilot in the cockpit. They both laugh. The officer erases the cartoon and proceeds to illustrate with chalk, schematics linking various functioning parts of the plane. They walk to another section of the office, where a picture of Adolf Hitler is seen on the wall. The Sergeant lights the Officer's cigarette, and as they both sit down, the Sergeant lights a pipe. The Sergeant also wears the iron cross decoration on his uniform. They continue talking about flying the jet airplane. Then they move to a table, where the Officer uses a set of desk pens to illustrate use of engine controls in the jet plane.
