Struble, Commander 7th Fleet, holding conference aboard a ship (possibly his flag ship, the Cruiser USS Rochester). His three star flag is displayed on bulkhead behind the three participants. Another change of scene to below decks of the aircraft carrier, USS Valley Forge (CV-45) where sailors prepare a 5th Carrier Group F9F for flight. They raise it up on an elevator to the flight deck. It is an aircraft of Squadron VF52 and displays CVG-5 tail code "S." A tow moves the aircraft into position on the flight deck. Crewman moves a bomb across the deck on a dolly. Sailors lift bombs up to flight deck. Remaining footage shows aircraft being armed with rockets, among other armaments.
