Scene changes to a port area with a commercial ship docked in harbor. Captain indicates it is time for a fire drill. Crew member rings bell by hand to indicate a fire. Crew members race on ship deck placing fire hoses and spraying water with fire hoses. Captain moves lever a number of time and steam horn is shown going off. Crew moves to upper deck, and uncovers life boat. Captain issues one blast of steam whistle. Crew enters lifeboat and begins to deploy it over the side of the ship during practice drill. Captain shakes hands with business man who witnessed the safety drill. Scene returns to hospital and Bill is offered another job in an oil refinery. Bill presents papers at company. He meets with another man across an office desk. He takes a form to a nurse in the company health clinic. Bill's health check-up in the company. He is recommended to visit a dentist.
