USAF Strategic Air Command (SAC) make preparation for operations in the United States during the Vietnam War. General Bruce K. Holloway, Commander-in-Chief of the SAC, comes out from a building of 'Young Tiger Operations' and gets into a car for his annual visit. The General inspects the equipment.
