American flags are flown at half staff on buildings all over the city, in mourning over the death of President Kennedy. Inside Police Headquarters, suspect Donald Wayne House (mistaken in some film and photos for Lee Harvey Oswald) is marched through the hall under arrest, and taken to the office of the Chief of Detectives.
