The interior of AC-130 aircraft shows a television screen with a green light that tells the pilot he is on target. The fire control officer determines which sensor has the best picture of the target. It keeps continuous updated information of wind direction, velocity,elevation,target offset and air speed. This information is passed to the pilot and he takes aim accordingly before firing.
