The launch of the new Brazilian crude oil tanker ship "Presidente Juscelino", occuring in Holland. People gather to watch the event. The wife of the Ambassador christens and launches the tanker ship, but the bottle tossed against the ship hull fails to break. It is recalled by an attached rope and, on the second try, the bottle breaks and the super tanker ship is launched. People cheer.
