British soldiers demonstrate rapid setup and use of Vickers machine guns to U.S. Army 307th and 308th Infantry troops in France during World War 1. British instructor shows parts of the gun and demonstrates how to load it, with U.S. Army soldiers gathered close around. The U.S. Army forces in two facing lines observe as a pair of soldiers work together to quickly transport the gun base and muzzle separately, and then join the two to be ready for firing. A Commanding Officer walks the line of observing soldiers and talks to them. A target firing line of machine guns is seen. U.S. forces practice use of the machine guns, and then inspect their targets to evaluate accuracy. (World War I; World War 1; WWI; WW1)
