U.S. Congressmen and high ranking officers arrive at Wiesbaden Air Base in Germany. A C-121 Constellation taxis on a flight line. A ramp being pushed towards the aircraft. Senator Bricker and his wife come out of the aircraft. They are greeted by Lieutenant General William H. Tunner, Commander United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE) and his wife. Several other congressmen and their wives debark from the aircraft and are greeted by the General and his wife. The group then poses for still shots.
