Sailors learn methods of hand to hand combat attack and counterattack during a training program of the navy in the United States. Two sailors demonstrate how to disarm an assailant with a pistol aimed at head. One of the sailors poses as the assailant and aims a pistol at the second sailor's head. The second sailor swings his arm to cause the pistol to drop and delivers a kick in the groin of the assailant. (World War II period).
