The working and assembling of various parts of Studebaker automobiles in South Bend, Indiana. Workers at a Studebaker automobile plant work on fixing the engine on chassis. Making motor block mold. Cores made of oil and sand baked at 350 0C. Worker draws moulds from ovens. Placing cores in moulds for making cranks, and fixing them with screws. Molten iron poured into the mould. After cooling the workers remove mould and an automobile engine is ready. Engine trimmed, milled and given various tests.
