Japanese men and women and Japanese-American civillians (Issei and Nesei) walk in to a Japanese Registration Control Station building at San Francisco. Men, women, and children of all ages are seen, largely in family groups. Japanese people enter the office inspected by U.S. Army guard. People talk to women clerical workers at the office. They are handed paperwork by the clerks and then directed to sit in a large room. Men, women and children gathered near desks of various officials and clerks. This is during time of relocation of Japanese-American civilians to internment camps during World War 2.
