Views from boat (unseen) moving along the River Pegnitz, showing apartment building with many Nazi flags displayed, and charming old homes along the river banks. The boat passes the Museum bridge and camera focuses on lower structure carrying inscriptions praising Emperor Leopold I and King Joseph I. As boat continues camera points to Nazi flags fluttering from buildings along the river banks. The twin towers of Sebalduskirche (Saint Sebaldus Church) are seen, followed by camera panning over tops of many rows of tents meticulously aligned at a Hitler Youth camp. Gradually the camp becomes filled with Youth as the morning progresses. Closeup of boys in a drum line, playing, as others sound long trumpets. Youth getting up and preparing for the days activities.
