French Marshal Ferdinand Foch, Commanding General of the Allied forces, welcomed by Native American Indian Crow tribe members, as he arrives by railroad train during a visit in the United States soon after the end of World War I. Other United States officials are present at the event, held at Crow Agency, Montana on the Crow Reservation. Native Americans give gifts to Marshal Foch and perform a traditional dance to welcome Marshal Foch. Marshal Foch and other officials walk alongside the Indians, keeping time, rhythmically, with the steps of the Native American Indian men.
