The non-skid tires tested on wet streets. Traffic on the streets. A woman is seen pushing a baby pram in front of a moving vehicle on rainy, wet streets. The car with older tires skids in the rain and hits the woman and baby carriage. Narrator indicates that it was a fatal accident.
