First Medical Battalion personnel place U.S. Marine causualties aboard Stinson L-5B aircraft. Several L-5Bs are seen landing, having wounded placed on board, and taking off again. Man with signal flag directs landings. One L-5B is seen being pushed backwards to the patient loading area, after landing. A wounded Marine on a stretcher is fastened into the aircraft which then takes off.
