He walks with his adoptive mother. Signs : 'Entrance', 'U.S. Customs', 'U.S. Immigration', 'U.S. Public Health', 'Dept. of Agriculture'. Song Cho's luggage is inspected by a custom guard. He stands with a man near a counter and then moves.
