Bulldozer moves on the field. Marines carry casualty on a stretcher. The casualty is taken to aid station. Marines give first aid and plasma to casualty. Wound in leg, with bayonet used as splint. Plasma is administered to the patient and the bottle is held by a Marine. Patient is loaded aboard LVT (Landing Vehicle Tracked). (World War II period).
