U.S. Marines of 'F' Company, 2nd Battalion 22nd Regiment treat wounded Marines in Okinawa. A group of Marines carry wounded Marine on a stretcher. The Marine gives first aid to casualty lying on the stretcher. Marines are crowded around the man on stretcher, giving him first aid. Marines give plasma to to other Marines. They pick up the stretcher with the casualty. (World War II period).
