Children eat, play and sleep in a nursery school set up under Works Progress Administration project in Chicago, Illinois. People swim in a pool. Boys and girls play in swimming pools and splash. Boys in a line wait to use a diving board as a boy dives off of a high dive spring board. Children enjoy playground equipment and play on swings in a playground also constructed through WPA projects during the Great Depression.
