As film begins, Benito Mussolini accompanied by King Victor Emmanuel and an entourage of Italian officials, walks along the platform of a train station, newly constructed for a visit to Rome, by Adolf Hitler and 500 of his party officials. A large honor guard of Italian soldiers stands on the train platform. A train pulls into the station and stops. Photographers and reporters scramble ahead of Adolf Hitler and his entourage as they exit the train and walk along the platform. Closer view of Adolf Hitler giving relaxed Nazi salute. Another view of the special Italian honor guard. Scene shifts to a number of cars carrying the visiting Germans, in a motorcade, proceeding along a street in Rome.
