French Premier Georges Clemenceau tips his hat before he gets into the building. Delegates assembled in the Hall of Mirrors for the signing of the treaty. Premier Clemenceau opens the assembly and addresses the delegates. President Wilson, U.S. Secretary of State Robert Lansing, chief advisor to President Wilson Colonel E. M. House, U.S. diplomat Henry White and Lieutenant General Tasker H. Bliss walk up to the table to sign the Peace Treaty.
