A Colonel speaks to Sergeant Morgan and his brother in the United States. A dramatization shows Sergeant Morgan and his brother seated in chairs as the Colonel hands out papers to them. Sergeant Morgan and his brother write the test paper. Morgan's brother writes 'No Answer' on the paper. The Colonel collects the test papers from them. A Marine sounds a bugle. The Colonel asks the brothers as to why they both refused to answer the test papers. He tells the Marines that their duty towards the nation should be their priority before personal interests. Marines march on field led by a band. Officers stand and salute. An Admiral's daughter seated with her father watches the parade. Artillery towed by vehicles.
