The division of psychiatry treats soldiers suffering from psychological trauma (some of it later called PTSD or post traumatic stress disorder) at camps in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dramatization : Soldiers suffering from psychological trauma sit outside a tent. The psychiatrist walks up to the soldiers. Soldiers get inside the tent. He talks to one of the patient. The soldier cries and tells the doctor his problems. A psychiatrist walks up to the tent. He talks to the medics. He enters the tent and talks to another psychiatrist. The psychiatrist pours drink in a mug and offers it to another psychiatrist. Both men discuss the patients. The psychiatrist goes out of the tent and asks a soldier to get his jeep ready.
