The division of psychiatry treats soldiers suffering from psychological trauma (some of it later called PTSD or post traumatic stress disorder) at camps in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The soldier cries and tells the doctor his problems. A psychiatrist walks up to the tent. He talks to the medics. He enters the tent and talks to another psychiatrist. The psychiatrist pours drink in a mug and offers it to another psychiatrist. Both men discuss the patients. The psychiatrist goes out of the tent and asks a soldier to get his jeep ready.
