A tank rolls down a slope into water and splashes water up toward the cadets. Demonstrations of heavy artillery guns and howitzers: Soldiers load shells in a large field gun. They fire the gun and cadets close their ears with fingers. Another large field gun fires and cadets stand around the artillery. The last gun demonstrated is possibly an 8 inch gun M1888 and is shown on a disappearing carriage that retracts the gun back and down following its recoil after firing.
