He then decorates U.S. Generals: Harts; Edgar Jadwin; Langfitt; Connor; and Roackenbach; Major General George S. Simonds; General McCaw; General William Wallace Atterbury; General Dawes; and General McCoy. General Henderson, also decorates seven non-flag officers during the ceremony.
