Airmen attach laser unit (DCU-141/B) on the front of Mark 84 Laser-Guided Bombs (LGBs) mounted on USAF McDonnell Douglas F-4D Phantom II fighter-bomber. The airmen attach canard fins to the unit and insert tail fuse in the bomb.
