Capabilities of a Minesweeping Boat (MSB) underway off the shore of the United States. The purpose of acoustic minesweeping is to generate sound waves stimulating ship acoustic signature. Crewmen aboard the ship operate an automatic controller located in the cruise compartment. Power is supplied by a 10 kilo watt generator located in a generator room. The ship comes alongside a larger ship to receive assistance for power connection. Animation depicts: the mechanism of acoustic minesweeping.
