Two United States Signal Corps soldiers inspect a German Torn Fu G radio west of Saint-Lô during World War 2. A soldier tunes the dial of the walkie-talkie, also known as a man-portable radio, as another soldier listens to its sound. A soldier removes the radio from the back of the other soldier. Soldier lays down walkie-talkie and its accessories on the ground. The radio's 2.4NC38 battery is pulled and tested. Two soldiers fix the radio while listening with headset.
