James, Commodore Wyatt’s interpreter, speaks to the locals about U.S. planning for nuclear weapon testing in Operation Crossroads. “Alright now James tell them that the United States government now wants to turn this great destructive force into something good for mankind” Commodore Wyatt asks his interpreter.
