UK Prime Minister David Lloyd George, French Prime Minister Aristide Briand and other Allied officials leave the building during the 1921 London Conference on German Reparations, held in March and April of 1921. Hand drawn map shows German areas occupied by Allies after World War I. Written labels are added to it as the film continues. The labels include "Neutral Zone" line between Germany and France, "American Sector" called out along that line and showing the area near Dusseldorf "Occupied by Allied Troops" and at Essen the marking "Essen under range of French Guns." Next is seen a marking that says "Kiel, Hamburg, and Bremen dominated by British Fleet." The map is signed by illustrator "Bert Green".
French and British military occupy a German town square to enforce German reparations payments after WWI
March 1921 occupation of the Ruhr (Düsseldorf, Duisburg, and Ruhrort), with Allies occupying industrial areas to enforce German reparations payments after World War 1. A British soldier with a rifle polices a perimeter as local citizens watch in Germany. A wagon train of horse-drawn wagons, manned by soldiers from France or Belgium, moves along cobblestone street by a lake and assembles in a town square. A crowd of spectators is lined up at the edge of the square. British officers maneuver a British Mark IV tank into the square where French and British officers confer. Many children are seen watching at edge of the town square. An officer moves some of them back from the camera, as he walks by.

United States Chief Prosecutor Robert H. Jackson continues his speech on the Criminality of Organizations during Day 70 of the Nuremberg Trials. Robert H. Jackson speaks to the tribunal at the Nuremberg Palace of Justice (Fürther Str. 110, 90429 Nürnberg, Germany). Secretary take down notes beside him. Other guests listen to his speech from their seats behind him. Jackson enumerates the various laws from the German Strafgesetzbuch (1871 Penal Code of the German Empire) that prohibits secret associations and associations inimical to the state. Jackson also cites Weimar Republic laws such as the March 22nd 1921 Law against paramilitary groups and July 1922 law against organizations aimed to overthrow the constitution of the German republic.
