Film opens showing large cloud of white smoke rising from a rocket propelled rail car. That is followed by a series of still pictures showing various designs of German rocket pioneer, Reinhold Tilling. Next, the airplane used to test fire Tilling's rockets at altitude, in 1933, is seen, with rockets slung beneath its wings. Pilot is seen climbing into the airplane cockpit. This is followed by series of photographs taken from the ground as rockets are fired from the plane. The airplane is seen small, at altitude, in some. Scene shifts to fire raging at one of Reinhold Tilling workshops, at Osnabruck, Germany, where he and two assistants were fatally injured when gunpowder charges they were compressing for rocket engines, exploded on October 10, 1933. Slate (in German) reads German rocket pioneer engineer Reinhard Tilling shot one of his rockets, on Tempelhof Feld near Berlin, 800 meters into the air. The rocket landed 500 meters away from the launch site, on November 13, 1932. Change of scene shows men standing in a boat on Lake Dümmersee as they retrieve a Tilling postal rocket from the water. Its wings are extended in the glide position. Views of other boats on the lake and of men holding several folded postal rockets.

Jewish demonstrators march across a bridge, in Chicago, carrying signs and banners denouncing the Nazis in Germany. The bridge crosses over a railroad. Many cars move on opposite lane from marchers. Several buses drive slowly past them. A brass band (not playing) accompanies them. Several marchers carry a large banner reading: "Hitler's Henchman Goebels must not greet the Century of Progress." The marchers move and assemble at Congress Plaza near Grant Park. A statue of an American Indian on horseback is seen. A municipal flag on a pole towering over the assembly contains the words: "Chicago 1933" against a backdrop symbol of the World's Fair.

Opening scene shows many thousands of Nazi Storm Troopers (Sturmabteilung) gathered in a Nazi rally at Zeppelin Field in Nuremberg. They all render the Nazi salute as the German National Anthem is played over loudspeakers. Complete change of scene shows a military parade including many World War I veterans. They march past Crown Prince Wilhelm, who is seen in close-up, saluting the marchers with a classic military salute. (Several standing with him render Nazi salutes.) The parade ends with the National Anthem and massed flags. Next, German President, Paul von Hindenburg, leads a contingent of officials, walking past assembled military units. He strolls into an area where he exchanges salutes with uniformed men who render the classic (not Nazi) hand salute. Hindenburg salutes some disabled veterans of World War I. Film shifts back again to the Nazi rally at Zeppelin Field, where Adolf Hitler shakes hands with Storm troopers.
