Riding with him are his daughter, Anna Roosevelt Dall, and her children, Anna Eleanor Dall ("Sistie") and Curtis Roosevelt Dall ("Buzzie"). Next, Roosevelt is seen in car, parked in a cornfield, near the Little White House in Warm Springs, Georgia, while his grandchlldren, “Sistie” and “Buzzie” visit with farm hands who are clearing old plants from the field. Technicians work at AEC (Atomic Energy Commission) facility on SNAP (Systems Nuclear Auxiliary Power) generators to be launched in June and November months of year 1961. Design of SNAP generator is explained and shows generators at a pole and carried by a rocket in space. SNAP 9A modified by an added AC-DC converter. AEC personnel in fields to test missile launch effects of SNAP 9A. Simulated missile explosions are carried out to check if fuel capsule can withstand fire and explosions. After successful tests, SNAP 9A is launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
A civilian shares his experience of an encounter with aliens that landed on his property in Wisconsin in a UFO.
A man opens a mailbox named 'Joe Simonton' in front of Mr. Simonton's house in Wisconsin. Joe Simonton shows the place where he says a flying saucer landed in front of his house in 1961. View from inside his kitchen window, looking out to where he saw the saucer land. Mr. Simonton shares his experience of an encounter with 5 foot tall aliens on the UFO. He says that he gave the alien some water to drink after it held out a jug and motioned like it wanted a drink. He shows a piece of a very thin pancake which he says one of the aliens was frying on a special hot surface. He comments that he ate one of the pancakes and they tasted like cardboard, which he notes may explain the small size of the aliens. USAF Major Quintanilla speaks regarding Mr. Simonton's case. He says the Air Force cannot comment on the veracity of Mr. Simonton's claims, but that the pancakes were analyzed by food and drug people and found to be pure buckwheat pancakes.
