German tricolor flags and some Nazi flags displayed from apartment windows, with Vestner Tower in background. Views from boat (unseen) moving along the River Pegnitz, showing apartment building with many Nazi flags displayed, and charming old homes along the river banks. The boat passes the Museum bridge and camera focuses on lower structure carrying inscriptions praising Emperor Leopold I and King Joseph I. As boat continues camera points to Nazi flags fluttering from buildings along the river banks. The twin towers of Sebalduskirche (Saint Sebaldus Church) are seen, followed by camera panning over tops of many rows of tents meticulously aligned at a Hitler Youth camp. Gradually the camp becomes filled with Youth as the morning progresses. Closeup of boys in a drum line, playing, as others sound long trumpets. Youth getting up and preparing for the days activities. Closeup of one shining his shoes, and of others shaving and getting washed and groomed. They engage in some hijinks too, with a water hose. Later, on a field, some are seen pulling a large wagon of firewood, unloading it, and placing the logs into a furnace to heat huge cauldrons and other things at an outdoor field kitchen. Views from inside the kitchen. Cooks stirring contents of the cauldrons. One tastes approvingly. Sausages being readied for cooking. Food being dispensed to the campers who enjoy eating. Next, a crowd of boys watches as two engage in a bare-fisted boxing match. Others compete in field games of various kinds. One camper writing a letter home, inside a tent. Outside boys compete in horse and rider wrestling competitions. Closeups of boys laughing. The final scenes show campers giving one boy a high blanket toss.

Bavarians celebrating in the city of Nuremberg, during the Nazi 6th Party Congress held there, September 5th through 10th, 1934. A man, playing an accordian, leads a group of local residents, dressed in traditional costumes (Bayerische Volkstrachten) as they parade quietly along a street in Nuremberg, Germany. Most are in farmers' garb and the festival has a harvest theme (possibly relating to the annual Reichserntedankfest or Reich Harvest Thanksgiving Festival, though that annual festival was not in Nuremberg). Some men carry sheaves of wheat on wooden implements, and some women hold ribbons tied to a pole (small Maypole, not seen). A man wearing a tricorn hat and a woman in equivalent costume, walk under an outsize umbrella. Scene shifts to others marching, including small children escorted by women; men and boys in Lederhosen; and young women in white dresses. Camera focuses on a baby and on small children watching from the sidewalks. A marching band of men in lederhosen plays music. Closeup of children spectators. Marchers escorting a flower-filled float. Closeup of a little girl in costume with hair in braids, eating an apple. Boy climbing on building ledge to get a better view. Adolf Hitler, in uniform, bareheaded (carrying his cap) walks from sidewalk to the street where he greets women in costume. Another view of the boy on the building ledge. Rudolf Hess, Hitler's deputy, presides over the formal opening of the Nazi 6th Party Congress in Nuremberg
Scene opens with sounds of trumpets as a spotlight illuminates a large German eagle sculpture. Rudolf Hess (or Heß) at a podium, in the Luitpoldhalle on the Nazi party grounds, officially opens the Nazi 6th Congress by honoring the memory of Marshal Paul von Hindenburg (who died a month earlier). All present rise as Hess speaks of their remembrance of Hindenburg and all their fallen comrades. They maintain a moment of silence. Hess continues by welcoming several invited guests, whom camera focuses upon momentarily, including a visiting Japanese diplomat or envoy. Camera pans over audience, pausing at Admiral Erich Raeder sitting next to General Werner von Fritsch (eyes closed?). As Hess continues speaking, the camera pans over the audience, showing more military in uniform and enthusiastic civilians. Hess addresses Hitler ("Mein führer) and more uniformed military are seen, including Hermann Goering (Göring), sitting with arms folded. Hitler is seen seated with others, listening as Hess extols him. Views of uniformed men applauding enthusiastically. Hess continues (sweating slightly). Hitler, still seated with others, gives a weak Nazi salute in response to the adulation of the attendees. Camera view, from back of hall, shows stage and curtains with sign reading Everything for Germany (Alles für Deutschland). Baldur von Schirach is seated at Hitler's right. Camera focuses on Joseph Göbbels (Goebbels) applauding and on Hess, waiting for the crowd to quiet down. Glimpse of Hitler, again, with Martin Bohrmann, seated at his left. An older woman applauding, and a girl (standing on her seat) applauding. Hess says something to the effect that Germany is the homeland of all the Germans in the world. Following some final remarks he breaks into a Nazi salute, saying "Heil Hitler" and Sieg Heil. Hitler stands and showing great satisfaction steps to shake hands and thank Hess for his remarks. Various prominent Nazi leaders including Gauleiter Adolf Wagner, Alfred Rosenberg, Paul Joseph Goebbels, Konstantin Hierl, Richard Walther Darre, Josef Dietrich, Robert Ley, Fritz Reinhardt, Julius Streicher and Fritz Todt give speeches in Nuremberg Germany during proceedings of Nuremberg rally for Nazi 6th Party Congress. Opening slate indicates that the words spoken by Adolf Wagner in the first shot in the clip are a proclamation from the Fuhrer (Adolf Hitler).

As trumpets are heard playing, a Flag, displaying spade and wheat, of the German Labor Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst) known as the RAD, flutters in breeze. (This is a German great depression era agency to help relieve unemployment.) Next, the camera focuses on brass symbols of the RAD, with Swastikas on the spades. Two trumpeters are silhouetted. Adolf Hitler steps to an outdoor podium. Friedrich Heinrich Karl Syrup, head of the RAD, steps up (to cheers from RAD members), salutes Hitler and presents some 50 thousand members of the RAD. Camera shows the huge number of RAD members, assembled in formations, carrying spades, in the Zeppelin Field meadow of the Nazi Party grounds in Nuremberg. Hitler salutes and "Heils" them and they respond "Heil mein Führer." At a command from Syrup, the RAD shoulder their spades like rifles. On command, they move them to order arms position. Next, a line of drummer's arms and hands are seen as they strike a cadence in unison. RAD members, resting their spades on the ground, recite a pledge in unison. Closeup of one RAD member taking role call and of others responding with the homes of their units. They describe, in unison, the extent of their activities, from the North Sea, and speak of planting trees and all their other beneficial endeavors. Closeup of Hitler listening to them. Trumpeters are silhouetted as they sound their instruments and the RAD members sing an organizational song. Camera pans over the men as they sing. As Hitler and Syrup stand listening, one young man remarks aloud to the effect that although they aren't in combat, they are soldiers, neverthless. Next, a Rad member slowly lowers a flag, as the strains of "Ich hatt' einen Kameraden" are heard, in tribute to RAD members who lost their lives in the service. The various units of RAD lower their flags, as well. The individual members in ranks, salute as if armed. Spokesmen of affected units call out. Views of the stadium. flag bearers suddenly raise up Nazi flags. Closeup of Hitler looking ernest. View of the entire assembly moving spades in unison. Hitler speaks about the value of the RAD to him and the whole German people and delivers a talk inspiring the corps, while the camera shows many closeups of Hitler and his listeners. In final moments, RAD members march toward the camera with left-shouldered spades as a chorus sings their song, in the background.
